What are your shipping rates?
Our rates are cheaper than Amazon Prime. That’s right, no membership fee, no minimum orders or amount you need to spend to qualify. We are so confident we have created the most affordable, best-quality soccer balls on the market that we will ship anywhere in the U.S. free of charge, as we trust you will continue to support BEND-IT once you start using our products. Also, most online stores ship balls deflated to save time and shipping costs. Our balls are shipped inflated for your convenience and immediate use, all on our dime.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Your orders are processed through our distribution center in Michigan. Strategically established, our distribution center is close to Canada, and in the middle of the U.S., so that 72% of the U.S. population is within Zone 5 or less of our shipping reach! This enables us to have your products delivered door-to-door within 2-5 business days. Amazon Prime sets the standard with two-day shipping. No promises, but don’t be surprised to get your product shipped in two business days when possible, as that’s what we strive for.

As a U.S. customer, what shipping method should I select at checkout?
You must only select "CHECKOUT”.

Who are your U.S. domestic shippers?
BEND-IT ships in the U.S. through USPS Standard Ground Delivery.

Do you require a telephone number for delivery?
Yes, we require your telephone number to ensure we have someone to contact to deliver your package. All goods purchased from BEND-IT are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title to such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

When will I be billed for my product?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our distribution center.

What methods of payment do you accept?
For U.S. orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Google Wallet, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. For international orders, click our convenient "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT” button and you are welcome to pay via credit card, PayPal or bank wire transfer.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use Shopify to host our ecommerce store because they are PCI compliant. You can rest easy knowing all your credit card information and transactions are handled by Shopify’s secure Level 1 PCI online shopping cart.

Do you charge tax on goods?
Yes, all orders shipped by BEND-IT are subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time of the order and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on the order page during checkout.

Do you support multiple ship-to addresses?
Currently we do not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and place the order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to hotels or post office boxes, so please provide a physical shipping address for delivery.

Do you ship to Mexico, Canada and other countries outside the U.S.?

What is "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT"?
If you are an international customer, press our convenient "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT” button. Your items will be transferred to our secure, third-party cart experts, GlobalShopex, who will process your international shipping. You are welcome to pay via credit card, PayPal or bank wire transfer. GlobalShopex will process your order, and guarantee door-to-door delivery. How much does "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT" cost?
Because we are selling premium, original hand-sewn and thermally-fused match balls between 25 and 70% cheaper than the standard market rates, even with our GlobalShopex international shipping rates, your all-in cost for our original match ball, depending on where you live, could be the equivalent of free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Door-to-door delivery to most international addresses is 7 to 28 business days.

As an international customer, what shipping method should I select?

Who are your international shippers?
Most of our international shipments are sent via FedEx, as they provide an insured, traceable service on every order. Although we may ship via international post from time to time if FedEx cannot deliver to your address. Most postal services are not insured or traceable, and we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of these shipments.

Do you charge tax on international goods?
Yes, all orders shipped from our "INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT" are subject to sales tax on entry into your country, in accordance with your local tax laws. The shipment carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them back from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and all other fees requested by your customs officials before delivery to your country. We reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee and all other associated shipping fees, should you refuse your international shipment of ordered goods because of duties and customs charged by your country.

Are all your goods allowed in my country?
All countries have their own rules and regulations on what you can and can’t import and the quantities you can import. Soccer balls and soccer gear are not restricted items, but check with your local customs agency before ordering if you have any specific questions.

Will I need an import license?
Most countries do not require you to have an import license if you order small quantities for personal use, but please confirm this with your country's customs agency before placing your order.

What is "COD"?
COD means collect on delivery. If you see this notation on your goods, you must pay customs charges before the carrier will deliver your goods. The shipping charges are paid when we ship your order to you.

Do I need to pay customs charges on gifts?
Yes. By law we must provide the description and value of all items included in your order. Your local customs officials are responsible for determining import costs, and they may charge duties on goods, even if you receive the item as a gift.
 
Are customs charges refundable?
We are not able to refund you customs charges; that is between you and your government officials to discuss.
