How long does it take between the time I place my order and when it arrives at my door?
Your orders are processed through our distribution centers located in Michigan, Minnesota, and the EU. We strategically established our primary distribution center close to Canada, and in the middle of the U.S., so that 72% of the U.S. population is within Zone 5 or less of our shipping reach! This enables us to have your products delivered door-to-door within 2-5 business days. Amazon Prime sets the standard with 2-day shipping. No promises, but don’t be surprised to get your product shipped in 2 business days when possible, as that’s what we strive for.
Who are your shippers?
BEND-IT ships in the U.S. through USPS Standard Ground Delivery. For international shipments we utilize DHL, Fedex and EMS. Please expect international shipments to take 5-12 business days.
How do I track my order?
Please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email to check on the status of your order. Email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you require a telephone number for delivery?
Yes. Without a telephone number we cannot ensure we have someone to sign to confirm that you received your package. To cover both you and us for insurance purposes, a contact number and a receiving signature is vital to your product arriving safely from our door to yours.
When will I be billed for my product?
Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our distribution center.
What method of payment does BEND-IT accept?
For U.S. orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Google Wallet, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards. For orders placed outside the U.S. we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
We use Shopify to host our ecommerce store because they are PCI compliant. You can rest easy knowing that all your credit card information and transactions are handled by Shopify’s secure Level 1 PCI online shopping cart.
How is sales tax calculated?
All orders shipped from www.benditsoccer.com are subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time of the order and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected in your order confirmation e-mail.
Does BEND-IT support multiple ship-to addresses?
Currently we do not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and place the order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
Does BEND-IT ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately BEND-IT does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Does BEND-IT ship to Canada and other countries outside the U.S.?
Yes we do. For shipments to countries not listed in our Store Locator, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Does BEND-IT have an email newsletter?

If hypothetically one day you stop loving soccer and, hypothetically speaking, wanted to unsubscribe from our customer file, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of an email we have sent you, and we will sip a glass of red wine in our sorrow as we delete your email address from our list.

How do I change my email address?

Do you use child labor in your manufacturing?
All BEND-IT balls are Fair Trade with no child labor used in production.
What is your return policy?
First of all we would be very sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with your order, as our products and services are of the highest quality and integrity. But hypothetically speaking, if our product did not meet your expectations, we would be happy to accept your request for a replacement or refund if you notify us via email within 15 days of the date you received your package. Your refund will be a credit to your original payment method, less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, if all the following conditions are met:
If it is more than 15 days since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please do NOT attempt to return your item, as we will not be able to process your return and as a result cannot ship you a new item.
How do I return a product?
If your item was delivered less than 15 days ago, email email@example.com so we can authorize your return. Once you receive your return authorization confirmation email, mail your item to address:

Are shipping fees refundable?
Unfortunately you will be responsible for shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For return orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in case of a loss. We suggest using either FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post.
How do I get a refund?
Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. Allow 1-3 weeks after your return arrives at our returns center to receive your replacement item or refund (less shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee).
Are sale items refundable?
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Are damaged/defective or incorrect items refundable?
BEND-IT will refund your total costs, including shipping, if the item you received is damaged/defective, as long as you notify us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Otherwise return requests based on damage will not be accepted. If an incorrect item is shipped to you due to our error, the correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost to you, via Standard Ground Delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to items that occur in transit. We also cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items when there are shipping delays beyond our control, resulting in you—for whatever reason—deciding you no longer want the item.
